Premier Relic Watches Return & Refund Policy

At Premier Relic Watches, every timepiece is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your watch to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your watch must be sent back in the same condition it was delivered. It must be unworn, free from damage, and returned in its original packaging with all included items. Once your watch is received, our team will carefully inspect it to confirm it meets these conditions. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus a 6% processing fee (associated with payment providers) and a 5% restocking fee.

To begin the return process, please contact us at sales@premierrelics.com. All returns must be requested and approved prior to shipping the item back. Any watches sent to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will review the issue quickly and work with you to make it right, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your watch for another model or strap option, the fastest way is to return your original item under our return policy and place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified if your refund has been approved. If so, it will be issued back to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund in your account.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery or issues with customs clearance, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee to cover processing charges.

Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase are also subject to this 6% cancellation fee.
